For general health and wellness, take 4 capsules daily with or without a meal or as directed by your healthcare provider. Capsule may be opened and contents sprinkled onto food or in a drink to individualize your dosage. Best taken on an empty stomach for active gut challenges. If you are especially sensitive to supplements or diet changes, then starting more slowly than usual may be helpful. If adverse symptoms occur, then reduce usage amount or stop taking the product until symptoms clear, then start again slowly, as tolerated. Children: Children 2 years of age or more can take Mega IgG2000, provided that they start slowly and use a lower usage amount.
