Shoe Care Straight out of the box, the first thing to do with your suede shoe is to apply a “suede protector” spray. The preemptive spray will partially water proof your shoes and keep a lot of the dirt and stains from sticking to them. To maintain your suede shoe it is best to regularly brush them with a suede brush. Brush them while dry, do not press to hard and always in the same direction to keep the nap uniform. For more persistent stains that wont come off with the brush, use a suede eraser. Apply a light pressure. Tip: To revive your suede shoe, use the steam from a kettle then brush the hairs with a rubber suede brush.
